Shipping Policy

Currently, we accept orders from the United States. Our “Ready To Ship" garments are usually shipped within 24h after successful payment, and most of the rest of the orders will be shipped within 1-7 working days after payment (extended on weekends and holidays).

It usually takes 8-10 working days for Standard shipment and 4-7 working days for Fast shipment to get delivered. We will do our every efforts to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Shipping cost will be shown on before you submit your order.

What Is Your Order Cancellation Rules?

Our costumes are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun,the materials cannot be reused.The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
