Return & Refund

If you need return or refund service after reciving your package, please send an email to our customer service at info@olaola.comWe will reply to you within 2 working days. We will need:

  • Please provide your order number, description of the issue(with clear pics attached if possible)
  • Please do not send the return packages to the address on the package received, only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

RETURN POLICY

  • You can return items within 7 days after delivery (Contact witin 2 days after delivery is needed). 
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition.
  • We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
  • If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
  • No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or items on sale.

 EXCHANGE & REFUND

You are guaranteed to obtain a refund or an exchange once we have received your return. 

Once we have agreed to your refund request, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will also be made through PayPal if you paid with PayPal, or if you paid with a credit card, we will also refund the money back to the card you used in the same way.

SHIPPING FEES

  • If you receive a damaged/defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs
  • OLAOLA is not liable for shipping fees under the following circumstances: Garment doesn't fit; Customer has changed mind or dislikes the item.

PACKAGE RETURNED

  • Please tell us the tracking number after you have returned an item.

ORDERING

When Will My Order Ship?
Our "Ready To Ship" Products can be dispatched within 24h of payment, most other orders will be dispatched within 1-7 working days of payment.Standard shipping usually takes 8-10 business days, Fast shipping usually takes 4-7 business days.
Where Do You Ship To?
Currently, our market is mainly focused on the United States, although there is still potential for expansion in other markets. In the future, we will consider developing more markets to meet more consumer preferences and needs.
What Is Your Order Cancellation Rules?

Our costumes are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun,the materials cannot be reused.The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
