If you need to cancel your order for special reason, please check the notice below:

1. Unshipped orders placed within 24 hours can be cancelled when we receive your email for cancellation on working days.

2. For unshipped orders placed from 24-72 hours cancellation, please contact us via email to check the order status and our customer service will tell whether the order could be cancelled.

3. Shipped orders and unshipped orders placed over 72 hours can't be cancalled.

Pls notice: if your package has already been shipped out at weekends or holidays, it can't be cancelled any longer, even if you have sent an email for cancellation before that. Thanks for understanding!

When Will My Order Ship?

Our "Ready To Ship" Products can be dispatched within 24h of payment, most other orders will be dispatched within 1-7 working days of payment.Standard shipping usually takes 8-10 business days, Fast shipping usually takes 4-7 business days.

Currently, our market is mainly focused on the United States, although there is still potential for expansion in other markets. In the future, we will consider developing more markets to meet more consumer preferences and needs.

What Is Your Order Cancellation Rules?

Our costumes are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun,the materials cannot be reused.The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
